How to kick start your day

Drink water and eat a healthy breakfast

Give your body the hydration and fuel it needs to begin the day with a glass of water and a healthy breakfast. This will give you the energy to have a productive start to the day and to begin as you mean to go on.

Read

Read something that motivates and inspires you, whether it’s a passage from a book, a quote, or a statement you’ve written to yourself. This will get you in a high vibration for the day.

Meditate

Meditation needn’t take half an hour – sure if you’ve got time for this every morning, then go ahead. If you’re looking for something that takes up little of your time in the morning, a satisfying meditation can still be achieved within 5 or 10 minutes. Journal

Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. The ideal time to do this is straight after meditating, when you’re fully in tune with your gut instinct and the authentic you.

Visualise

Visualising is an important part of bringing your desires to reality. Sit down, close your eyes and see yourself living the lifestyle that you know is destined for you. Make sure you don’t just concentrate on thoughts, but on feelings too. Feel the feelings of living your dream life as if you’re already living this way.
